OPEN JOB: SUPPLY CHAIN / WMS SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Salary -  $115,000 to $178,000
  • Leader of the Supply Chain information systems team implementing and managing our Tecsys Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Demand Planning and Forecasting modules in advance of our Consolidated Service Center (CSC) go live. This person will manage this critical CSC technology application for which sits above and outside of our Infor/Lawson ERP system. Implementation of Tecsys begins in late April in advance of go live in early 2025. Experience with Tecsys or another Warehouse/Distribution Management System is preferred.
  • Leads various cross-functional teams designed to improve workflow within the CSC and other departments throughout the system both in advance of go live to drive improvements to achieve minimum go live operating metric thresholds and to continuously optimize performance after go live.
  • Coordinates with health system financial leadership with respect to general ledger accruals, order-to-cash customer transactions and procure-to-pay vendor transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Oversees the evaluation, selection, and implementation of systems or technologies.
  • Determines business requirements and needs, identifies key performance factors, defines projects and priorities, establishes standards related to department/program operations; recommends and allocates resources based on business priorities.
  • Responsible for the planning, organizing and staffing of the department; makes decisions on personnel actions (hiring, terminations, promotions, etc.); assigns personnel to projects and directs their activities; reviews and evaluates work and prepares performance reports.
  • Consults with personnel in other departments to coordinate activities; responsible for communication and acts as a liaison with internal departments.
  • Recommends strategies to assist the business in meeting its critical goals and objectives in the most efficient manner possible; administers recurring or daily functions or processes necessary for business execution and identifies opportunities for improvement or efficiencies.
  • Supports the organization’s strategy and service delivery standards; monitors service levels and key service delivery performance indicators or metrics, and identifies areas where performance can be improved through changes.
  • Helps develop long-term plans taking into account trends and changing organizational needs; decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures and department plan; receives guidance from senior manager/director.
  • Advises subordinates on administrative policies and procedures; evaluates and recommends changes to policies or procedures.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of department systems, programs and technology.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 4 years relevant experience with any WMS implementation
  • 4+ years of supply chain experience
