- The role of the ERP Deployment Program Change Communications & Education (CCE) Lead involves spearheading the planning and execution of intricate implementations and their interconnected processes.
- The role is focused on Change Management, communicating and educating the user population in the deployed ERP systems.
- Responsibilities encompass orchestrating all change, communication, and education efforts to ensure the smooth establishment and optimization of processes, data, and information for a successful ERP implementation program across the global organization.
- Acting as the primary liaison for all ERP Deployment CCE leads, this role offers strategic consultancy and practical guidance in utilizing transformation tools and roadmaps to facilitate effective change management solutions.
- Additionally, the position entails creating, managing, and enhancing ERP Program Change Communications & Education assets while being responsible for addressing complex challenges and achieving results.
- Collaboration across all organizational levels is essential to coordinate change management activities, maintain transparency, and enhance employee engagement throughout the program's change plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the implementation of system and process deployments to enhance business capabilities and achieve desired outcomes, focusing on devising a strategy roadmap and foundational assets for change management, communication, and education.
- Ensure alignment of business requirements, system configurations, and processes with organizational needs, establishing governance procedures for critical decision-making activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to grasp the scope of business processes and ensure alignment with business goals, while monitoring health and quality metrics for sustainable change.
- Execute the change plan and advocate for process changes within the organization, ensuring consistent implementation of the Change Management, Communication and Education strategy and stakeholder engagement across ERP deployments.
- Provide regular progress updates to identify deviations from the plan and implement corrective measures to enhance ERP deployment effectiveness continually.
- Define deployment objectives and scope, leveraging project management expertise to develop and maintain robust change management, communication, and education tools and templates for global ERP deployment.
- Offer expert thought leadership, demonstrating autonomy in problem-solving and providing strategic direction while guiding supporting team members as needed
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience supporting the deployment of ERP projects
- Experience on the creation and management of change communication and education (CCE) assets for Global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programs
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% during deployment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED)
- Experience leading migration of previously established designed processes.
- Experience leading and managing projects with change management elements.
- Certification in Change Management
