JOB TITLE: Cost Analyst / EVM (Earned Value Management) Associate
FUNCTIONAL TITLE: Senior Cost Research Analyst
LOCATION: Hanscom Air Force Base - MA - Hanscom AFB, MA US (Primary)
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Level Degree
 
CLEARANCE REQUIRED:
  • Clearable to Secret / Active Secret
 
 
NOTE: We are specifically seeking a candidate with 7-10 years’ experience Someone that has done cost research analysis and has direct hands on experience with earned value management within DoD.
 
 
Job Description:
  • Must be highly proficient in the use of all cost analysis tools, Excel, PowerPoint, wInsight and be able to use these tools to analyze and document earned value analysis for any acquisition effort.  A SCRA 1 must be highly proficient in contractor performance report (CPR) analysis.
  • A Senior Cost Analyst must be capable of independently leading all cost analysis tasks for any program including, but not limited to, tracking tasks that directly impact the Division schedule, identifying programmatic cost issues and developing recommendations to facilitate issue resolution, supporting meetings, developing, preparing and coordinating cost reporting, correspondences, briefings, plans and other information to support the acquisition process. 
 
Job Requirements:
  • Experience Requirements: A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in Department of Defense cost analysis (Earned Value Management (EVM) experience and cost performance report analysis experience), with a minimum of ten (10) years DoD acquisition experience.
 
Education Requirements: 
  • A Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, or other degree with at least 24 semester hours in quantitative course work, which includes at least three (3) in Calculus.
