JOB TITLE: GOVERNANCE ANALYST (Level 2) - ITIL Cert preferred
LOCATION:  CHANTILLY Virginia
CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI clearance, with CI Poly

The candidate shall provide required support to various Governance Forums, such as the Director's Management Panel, Baseline Reviews, Program Status Reviews, NRO Strategic Decision Framework, staff meetings, or any forum as required by the Government (e.g., development of presentation slides, agendas, minutes, and associated documentation.)
The candidate shall support governance processes by maintaining and refining the overall governance processes as they mature in their operation and/or application, providing committee and subordinate board support that consists of complementary alignment of forum scope and/or functions, participant/role identification and agenda creation.
The candidate shall provide required support to update the content and maintain configuration control of governance documentation (e.g., the Management Control Plan, COMM Governance Plan, and any other governance plan or document and ensure compliance with NRO documentation standards.)
The candidate shall provide required support to update the content and maintain configuration control of the Annual Statement of Assurance and ensure compliance with NRO documentation standards.
The candidate shall support information collection, and provide requisite updates to the MCP training activities.
 
 
The successful candidate will work as a member of the Governance team and perform activities primarily in support of the NRO’s role as an IC ITE service provider. The successful candidate will:
  • Facilitate the execution and enhancement of governance processes for an Intelligence Community multi-agency effort;
  • Provide governance board support through the facilitation and coordination of board activities, meetings, and tasks;
  • Tailor best practices for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency;
  • Apply principles and techniques of governance, business management, configuration control and other methodologies as appropriate.
  • Coordinate closely with process owners to ensure proper implementation of process and system specifications.
  • Maintain and enhance process metrics, including collection, analysis, and reporting methods.
Required qualifications:
  • IC experience
  • MS with 5+ years or BS with 8+ years of demonstrated performance related to tasks above
  • Knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE) service offerings, architectures, and service adoption
  • Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
  • Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
 
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Certifications related to functional responsibilities, such as but not limited to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Experience supporting multi-agency IT initiatives with responsibilities in strategic planning, architecting, policy, governance, or portfolio management
