Our firm, Intermedia Group, Inc. has been retained to aid in filling the below position:
 

JOB TITLE: HR Coordinator/Support

LOCATION: Irvine California (zip 92612)
TYPE: Contract
DURATION: 6 months with potential for extension

 
 
Major Responsibilities: 

35% Project Support: 
  • Responsible for the administration, liaison and coordination of human resources projects supporting specific initiatives/strategies/programs. Sample of projects can be large re-organizations, acquisitions, and compliance reporting 
  • Duties include coordinating the delivery channel for various communication packages to HR colleagues or HR management and/or LOB management. 
  • May create the HR project logistic plan, may draft various reports or memos, and may assist in action items assigned to HR consultants and management. 
  • Works closely with various HR areas to support business client initiatives/strategy/programs. 
     
60% Reporting: 
  • Coordinate receipt and review of internal and external resources and data. 
  • Develop HR ad-hoc reports /data requirement to meet management request and needs for HR related information at various levels. 
  • Creates queries and reviews data for accuracy and validation. 
  • Identifies data issues that may impact quality of internally or externally prepared analysis. 
  • May recommend other factors to be considered. 
  • Creates the presentation materials for HR management or consultants. 
  • May collect data from the HR Information System, employee surveys, and/or personnel activity reports in order to format data and provide preliminary analysis of trends and potential areas of concern. 
  • Evaluate data needs and recommend improvements to current processes. 
     
5% Data Analysis: 
  • Conducts research and data analysis for special and on-going projects and participates as a key player on other projects, representing the team in multi-division projects. 
  • Interact with and make oral presentations to all levels of management; communicating in a clear and concise fashion. Perform related tasks as requested.
 
 
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Top Must Haves:
  • WORKDAY familiarity and skilled utilizing the system
  • Expert in EXCEL, creating reports, pivot tables, reviewing data and discussing
  • An overall CONFIDENT candidate
