Summary 
The Management Reporting Operations Analyst is a critical position within the Management Reporting Team responsible for ensuring effective organization and execution of critical business processes to ensure the day-to-day operations of the Management Reporting organization run smoothly and are well organized and effective. This position reports directly to the Director of Management Reporting Strategic Initiatives and Operational Readiness. 

Responaibilities:
• Process and Procedures Design and Documentation
• Process Design and Improvement for critical Operations Functions
• Standard Operating Procedures Documentation and Publication
• Documentation Repository Management (SharePoint and Internal Communication Tools)
• Performance Metrics Definition, Monitoring, and Reporting
• Additional Management Reporting Team Operations Support duties include:
        • Team Technology Equipment & Space Management • Team Facilities & Building Access Management • Team Event and      Operating Routines Coordination and Management • Email Distribution List Maintenance • Team Calendar Management • Tracking Training Completion and Delinquency • Executive Meeting Scheduling and Coordination • Team Communications Development and Delivery • New Associate Onboarding  Maintenance of Team Onboarding materials  New Associate Onboarding  Technology Access Requests  Develop clear onboarding process flows for different types of resources • Maintain Org Charts for team and Tempe • Site Greeter  Facilitate visits from guests  Reserve visiting office space for guests • HR Tracking  Maintain list of open job requisitions and status  Track Ariba approval process flows for contractor positions and status

Qualifications
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• This position requires a degree from a four-year college (e.g., B.A., B.S)
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
• Process design and mapping experience
• Procedures documentation experience
 • Strong analytical and skills
• Ability to quickly understand business line needs and objectives
• Ability to develop effective interpersonal networks within the organization (experience with complex organizational structures)
 • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
 • Expert in using MS Office® products
• Strong work ethic, ability to make decisions, and work under tight deadlines
• Must be a creative problem-solver and a creative problem anticipator who is able to anticipate complex issues and problems and takes proactive steps to prevent them from happening
• Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding environment
• Experience with Oracle Financial Applications (OFSAA, Hyperion, OBIEE) is a plus
