Intermedia Group has an opening for the following Consultant:
TITLE:            Regulatory Reporting Policy and Procedure Specialist
LOCATION:   NY City metro area with eventual work from home

must reside in the NY City metro area

Project Overview/ Scope
  • Develop ‘times of stress’ protocols and requirements
  • Define scenarios under which ‘times of stress’ reporting would be required and get them approved by appropriate governance body
  • Define the protocol(s), overall governance, production procedures, roles & responsibilities, etc., for production of times of stress reporting
  • Perform gap assessment against current times of stress reporting practices and capabilities, identify technological business requirements to define scope of required work
  • Conduct drills to demonstrate readiness for stress scenarios.
  • Determine plan for initial and ongoing testing of times of stress reporting
  • Execute testing and report results to appropriate governance body
  • This project is following the Non-Technical Project Process Workflow and will complete the below deliverables:
  • Complete the Review Risk Reporting Related Policies (January 2019)
  • Determine BCBS 239, Heightened Standards, and any other regulatory requirements related to Times of Stress reporting (January 2019)
  • Identify any publicly available best practices among U.S. financial institutions and/or benchmarking opportunities (January 2019)
  • Develop criteria for determining "times of stress" report format (WFR, Critical Event Risk Report, Talking Points) (January 2019)
  • Develop a definition of a "Times of Stress" Scenario (January 2019)
  • Establish Criteria for stress scenarios and Develop and socialize library of scenarios (March 2019)
  • Define the business criteria that trigger which type of report (March 2019)
  • 2 years + professional experience
  • solid understanding of BCBS 239 regulatory requirements
