OIS, Enterprise Single Sign-On (ESSO) Support

Intermedia Group Inc. a US based government contractor, has the following below staff opening. This is a position located in Woodlawn Maryland.
 
JOB TITLE:  OIS, Enterprise Single Sign-On (ESSO) Support
LOCATION: Woodlawn, MD.
START DATE: ASAP
Clearance: Public Trust

Requires 10 years technically related experience
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are currently staffing for a Senior Subject Matter Expert to support SSA's OIS/DSA division with Dell Enterprise Single Sign-on (ESSO).
 
SCOPE:
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot OIS’s Dell Enterprise Single Sign-On infrastructure. Create technical documentation of Authentication Security processes.
  • All support services and contract deliverables will be in accordance with SSA’s software and data architectures as described in the IRM Strategic Plan.
  • ESSO is Windows based and will involve components installed on Windows servers and workstations.
 
Sub-Task 1: ESSO Installation, Configuration, and maintenance
  • Install and configure Windows servers to support ESSO.
  • Install and configure ESSO software on Windows servers and workstations.
  • Apply vender maintenance and security updates.
  • Perform regular maintenance to ensure that ESSO servers and software are secure and capable of performing their function.
The candidate shall:
  • Audit the software upon request.
  • Report via email as installs and updates are completed.
  • Ensure that installation documentation and configuration documentation is created.
  • Write an installation and configuration procedures document. 
 
Sub-Task 2: Problem Resolution
  • Troubleshoot ESSO and related Windows Authentication issues
  • Participate in meetings and discussions to find solutions to ESSO problems.
  • Provide logs to the software vender and communicate with them when necessary until a resolution is reached.
  • Work to fix the issues until a resolution is a obtained. 
 
Sub-Task 3: Technical Documentation Activities:
  • Perform maintenance and update activities in accordance with the IRM Strategic Plan, and all of SSA’s other policies, guidelines, lifecycle standards, Section 508 standards, accessibility standards, usability standards, and procedures.
  • The Contractor shall write the following Technical documents:
    • Software Maintenance Procedures
    • Requirements Documents
    • Standardized Software Testing and Validation
    • Software Conversion and System Documentation
    • User training documentation
  • The contractor shall write and give ESSO related presentation such as; test case scenarios, user instructions and verbal descriptions for usability.
 
Sub-Task 4: Migrate ESSO to the WDPE
  • Install and configure Windows servers to support ESSO. This will need to be done in Development, Validation, Integration and Production according to the SSA Software Lifecycle.
  • Complete forms and attend meeting in relation to moving ESSO through the lifecycle.
  • Apply vender maintenance and security updates.
  • Test and validate installations and configurations
 
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 10+ years of task-related experience
  • Experience with support and troubleshooting, Help Desk ticketing
  • Experience with Dell Enterprise Single Sign-On (ESSO), ESSO integration with applications, writing software administrator documentation
