Our client is seeking a Global Process Lead Kinaxis CoE to join their team.


Position Overview:
  • As part of supply chain digital transformation, we are seeking a highly motivated expert contributor to join our Kinaxis CoE team as Global Process Lead (user experience), with solid Kinaxis experience  – to help drive the deployment of best-in class advanced planning solution across the Enterprise and help end-users adopt the solution through training and process reinforcement.
  • The firm is deploying the Kinaxis end-to-end concurrent planning solution across all businesses to plan and deliver materials, inventory and factory / supplier capacity across the end-to-end supply chain in order to meet customer expectations and achieve profitable sales growth. 
  • The Process Lead /  User experience will work with SCM, Operations and IT teams across businesses, as well as with other Process Leads on the Kinaxis CoE to define and harmonize long-term planning decisions, with excellent problem-solving skills, experience interfacing with users and documenting business processes, and the ability to influence others and foster teamwork.

In this function you will
  • Supports the design & deployment of the Kinaxis solution across the firm, based on Business requirements while maximizing solution standardization across the enterprise; collaborates with other Kinaxis CoE Process Leads and supports businesses to fully understand and prioritize requirements.
  • Act as gatekeeper on the central governance board for key functionalities, helps formalize requirements and manage improvement pipeline over-time
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand solution pain points, troubleshoot complex planning issues, standardize wherever possible, and propose long term solutions.
  • Active leadership role in Solution Design for MTO, MTS, CTO, ETO global templates - active participation in the implementation cycle with each business in scop
  • Develop playbooks and best practice documentation for the processes in scope, and share with business users and super users
  • Manage ongoing training sessions, "show and tell" across businesses to ensure end-users of Kinaxis are able to run their processes efficiently and reinforce process adherence
  • Sit on Global Design Board acting as gatekeeper to ensure standardization of key design decisions in the end-to-end planning process.
  • Help prioritize requests, confirm requirements, make recommendations, and develop/enhance processes using best practice solutions
  • Support training efforts with sites that are either already live with Kinaxis or just starting their deployment, including functionality deep dive
  • Help build a community of supply chain planning professionals operating under the Kinaxis enterprise solution design.
  • Play back solution to the bigger user community within the firm and ensures training and solution consistency
  • Supports fit-gap analysis for new businesses, understand user stories and work with other CoE Process leads on long-term solution design. 

Qualifications
  • Bachelors  Degree from an accredited institution required. 
  • Minimum 7 years in Supply Chain Planning or Operations Management (Demand Planning, Supply & Capacity Planning, Production Planning, Materials Management, Inventory management, Supplier Collaboration).
  • Experience in implementing advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP APO or IBP, O9 solutions.
  • Previous experience with Kinaxis Data model and Inbound/Outbound data integration options and best practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4, Oracle preferred).
  • Experience in large supply chain transformation projects. 
  • Experience with driving user adoption for new implementations.
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes from planning to execution & SIOP
     
Position Criteria:
  • Supports the design of the RapidResponse solution, based on Business requirements while maximizing solution standardization across the enterprise; 
  • As a Process Lead, validates which requirements will be prioritized during Sprints/testing sequences.
  • Digital skills to help build a supply chain that is collaborative and connected with advanced solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability in authoring business processes: ability to translate high-level business requirements into functional requirements.
  • Experience in Project Management, preferably with Agile Methodology or Scrum Framework.
