OPEN JOB: Sr Manager, Enterprise Sales - wireless voice, data and IoT LOCATION: Preference would be to have the person be able to report in to our Norton, MA and East Providence offices 2x a week. However, we are open to remote based out of the Boston area and fully remote. COMPENSATION:
Base Pay Range $136,000 to $175,000
Total Target Cash Pay Range: $160,300 - $289,100, inclusive of target incentives

Limited job hopping - we do not want to be the 3rd or 4th employer in the last 4-5 years.
Managing a team currently with direct reports and responsible for hiring and firing.
Leads a team that sells into accounts in the F1000 and F500 space.
Strategic mindset and willingness to build a new team.
JOB OVERVIEW:
Trusted advisor to Fortune 1000 companies - helping them transform business operations by connecting people, places and things. Lead and manage Enterprise Account Team focused on the company's Enterprise Sales growth and revenue generation. Motivate and coach team to drive strong performance results.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage an all-star team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for selling wireless voice and data services, plus the Internet of Things, to Fortune 1000 business customers
Coach team to develop and maintain strategic relationships with high-level buying influencers in key customer accounts
Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma/GED
4-7 years Sales management
No less than 2 years Outside sales
2-4 years Technology sales/Wireless industry
2-4 years Prospecting/account management
