DETAILS:
- The Senior Principal Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Software Engineer will be part of an innovative team which works to solve complex problems where the solutions provide truly meaningful results.
- This individual is expected to work effectively in multi-disciplined engineering teams where communication and innovation is key.

What you bring to the table:
- A Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with emphasis in Digital Signal Processing, Communication Theory, Wireless Communications, or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a master’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Conceptualize, design and model world class signal processing algorithms for complex integrated HW/SW systems
- Performance evaluation of signal processing solutions
- Strong understanding of C/C++ software development in Unix/Linux operating systems
- Strong understanding of software development tools such as integrated development environments (IDE) as well as version control systems and defect reporting tools
- Experience implementing signal processing algorithms in GPUs
- Work effectively in a cross functional team as well as a diverse customer base
- Develop testing criteria and execute validation of designs
- Experience working in a fast-paced development environment focused on fielding complex signal processing solutions
- Proficient in signal processing algorithm development in MATLAB or Python
- Demonstrated problem-solving, verbal and written communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Proven technical leadership skills ability to generate and deliver creative problem solutions
- Strong ability to manage tasks and projects independently with urgency
- Proven record of continued self-improvement of skills
- Advanced Degree in relevant field of study
- Experience with Agile software implementation
- Experience leading programs/projects with Agile/Scrum tools and techniques
