Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for Chief of Otolaryngology (ENT) is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ENT specialist with proven leadership experience and a passion for advancing patient care, education, and clinical excellence.
This individual will lead a well-established, high-volume ENT program that offers comprehensive services, including head & neck surgery, otology, and laryngology, supported by a collaborative team of specialists, advanced practice providers, and a strong referral network.
A commitment to mentoring, program development, and fostering a team-oriented culture is essential.
Highlights of the Position
MD/DO along with Board Certification and 5 years or more experience preferred.
Experience developing junior staff/faculty.
Proven track record of academic accomplishments and professional service necessary to ensure the continuation and enhancement of ENT at Guthrie.
High-volume well-established practice
Sub-specialty program support for adult patients (Head & Neck, Rhinology and Otology) and general specialty services for pediatric patients.
Free-standing and modern clinic facilities
Remodeled Intensive Care and Emergency Department at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital as well as updated ORs with robotic access.
