Position Summary:
Highly skilled and results-driven manufacturing finance partner with a strong background in finance, manufacturing operations, and strategic planning.
Proven ability to drive financial operations, strategic initiatives, and growth through expert financial modeling and analysis.
Job Description:
Strategic Partnering & Capital Investment: Strategic business partner and support for Business Finance & Strategy Leader and VP of Operations, including ownership of financial modelling and scenario planning for strategic growth and manufacturing footprint optimization initiatives, along with non-growth capex investment in the AMRs.
Cost Management: Monitor and control manufacturing costs, identify and drive cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements for the plants.
Financial Planning & Performance Reporting: Responsible for quarterly, annual and 5-year financial processes and performance of PA manufacturing in the region, accountable to support achievement of plant performance & profitability metrics, both for the AMRs and Global consolidation for PA.
Responsible for monthly operating review financials – coordinating the ops fin team for preparation, collaborating with VP of ops and site leaders.
Accounting & Compliance: Management of financial monthly closing for PA dedicated sites in the AMRs along with PA global level accounting entries and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Accountable to ensure adherence to all costing, accounting policies and processes at plant level.
Support Costing process: review, simulations new materials, machine hour rate calculation.
Responsible for PA CapVar – Period expense calculations, review for compliance and consistency to policy and monthly approval
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage financial operations across global manufacturing facilities, including Sistersville-WV, Texas City, Itatiba-Brazil, and Waterford-NY, optimizing the manufacturing footprint to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Spearhead strategic planning, investments, and financial modeling to ensure alignment with company goals, fostering long-term success and profitability.
Oversee global consolidation of Operations Finance figures, ensuring accuracy and consistency across regions.
Drive budgeting, cost performance analysis, and monthly forecasting processes to support key business decisions.
Collaborate with Controllership to ensure timely and accurate monthly closing processes, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Lead the AMRs Operations Finance team through monthly reporting, performance analysis, capital investment projects, and strategic manufacturing initiatives.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to business partners, supporting decision-making and enhancing overall operational performance.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
8+ years in finance manufacturing
3+ years in a people management role
Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability

Excellent SAP ERP knowledge
