SALARY: $100,000 to $131,000 Full-time Full Benefits
Our client provides comprehensive, team-based care for seniors (55+) through the PACE model (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), offering medical, dental, therapy, transportation, meals, and personal care, often at no cost for those with Medicare/Medi-Cal, focusing on individualized plans and improving quality of life in the community.
