SUMMARY:
- The Electrical Reliability Engineering Supervisor will design and plan equipment and machine layouts, workflow and safety precautions to maximize use of plant and manufacturing facilities.
- We seek a professional to ensure compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines.
- In this role, you will evaluate worker productivity and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and operating performance, reduce waste and delays and promote cost control and reduction.
Key Accountabilities
- Establish accident prevention measures.
- Schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production.
- Identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
- Develop metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity output.
- Ensure compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines.
- Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum four years of related work experience
- Minimum four years' experience in Automation, Electrical or Instrumentation (AEI)
- Two years of supervisory experience
