As a Senior Compensation Advisor, you will play a key role in consulting with stakeholders, leading high-impact projects, and supporting recognition and compensation initiatives that influence our total rewards philosophy and help us attract and retain top talent.

Your Impact:
Advise business leaders and HR partners by delivering actionable compensation consulting, enabling informed talent and pay decisions.
Lead and manage significant compensation projects that improve pay programs, processes, or policies, driving measurable business results.
Support and enhance employee recognition programs, contributing to a culture of engagement and performance.
Strengthen our compensation programs by ensuring timely and accurate compensation planning, market data analysis, and survey submissions, helping maintain competitive position in the market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5–7 years of compensation experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demanding projects
Proficiency in compensation administration using HR information systems (e.g., Workday)
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or commitment to pursuing certification preferred
