IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a Manager or Director.
- 5 years of experience working an RN in Labor and Delivery.
- California RN License
Primary Duties:
- Leads by example to promote excellence in resident care
- Demonstrates ability to delegate and achieve results through others.
- Demonstrates ability to work within the departmental budget
- Functions as a valued member of the administrative team.
- Demonstrates understanding of and ensures compliance with all state, federal and Joint Commission requirements.
