PROJECT NAME: Critical Infrastructure Support
Critical Infrastructure Support entails the design, installation, customization, testing, and implementation of several enhancements to the Agency's Network, and Data Center infrastructure environments.
Tasks & Duties
Maintain the VoIP Infrastructure
Install VoIP peripherals and/or related software
Configure VoIP peripherals and/or related software.
Maintain VoIP peripherals and/or related software.
Replace VoIP peripherals and/or related software.
Monitor the VoIP Infrastructure
Monitor VoIP peripherals/et al to ensure prompt and expedient problem resolution.
Troubleshoot VoIP peripherals/et al to ensure prompt and expedient problem resolution.
Open trouble tickets as needed to ensure prompt and expedient problem resolution.
Support the VoIP infrastructure
Provide technical assistance to staff by relaying technical information on the capabilities and limitations of VoIP peripherals/et al functionality.
Demonstrate to staff the proper, efficient usage of VoIP peripherals/et al.
Minimum 2 Years’ experience with Wide Area Network (WAN) implementation
Minimum 2 Years’ experience with Local Area Network (LAN) implementation
Minimum 1 Years’ Knowledge of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology
Minimum 1 Years’ Ability to interact with a wide variety of personnel within the Agency
