Intermedia Group has an immediate opening for a Senior Logistics Manager supporting the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications Integration Directorate (AFNWC/NC).
The NC3 mission is to deliver integrated NC3 capabilities and ensures ongoing NC3 programs, legacy systems and new capabilities are fully integrated as part of the Air Force’s overall effort to sustain, modernize, and recapitalize the nuclear enterprise.
This is a PEO staff position.
The candidate shall direct, develop, and/or perform logistics management operations that involves planning, coordinating, or evaluating the logistical actions required to support a specified mission, weapons system, or other designated program.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Plan, coordinate, or evaluate logistical actions required to support the NC3 mission, weapons system, or other designated program. Provide acquisition lifecycle and product support planning and execution during each phase in accordance with the DoD 5000.
Provide logistics support to the NC3 Capability Improvement Program (CIP) Team. Coordinate work group meetings (sVTC’s, TEAMS, tele-cons) with internal and external stakeholders.
Support Product Support Business Case Analysis (PS-BCA), Life Cycle Sustainment Planning (LCSP), and Logistics Health Assessment (LHA) execution.
Develop presentations and conduct semi-annual Execution Review (ER) Brief to AFGSC and AFMC Commanders.
Support assigned airborne configuration elements and interface with AFGSC and E-6B PMO to collect maintenance, supply, and other sustainment data as required.
Capture requirements criteria from the NC3 Operating Performance Criteria Document (OPCD), CJCSI 6811.01C, and SI 513-3 to ensure AFGSC/A4 grades actual performance metrics against valid criteria.
Secret Clearance required
Demonstrated experience providing logistics support to a weapon system acquisition program.
6-10 years of demonstrated logistics support with a focus on weapon system sustainment.
