System/Business Analyst Consultant- Identity and Access Management

JOB TITLE: System/Business Analyst Consultant- Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team
REQUIREMENT # 2277
LOCATION: REMOTE AND ON SITE  req'd– NYC (downtown Manhattan)
DURATION: 12+ months
RATE: $85-90 per hour
** we can work EITHER w2 or C2C – candidates choice
**candidates MUST currently be local to the NYC area
 
  • The Identity and Access Management System project team is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst that can produce As-Is and To-Be swim lane process documentation, process, and data flow diagrams, coordinate between various Vendors, IT and Business groups.
  • The resource will be managing all Business Analysis aspects of the project and achieve the required result within timeline and budget goals.
  • This resource will provide reports to Management regarding the progress of the project.
  • The candidates will be responsible for the following:
  • Creating and maintaining To-Be documentation.
  • Data Flow diagrams and process diagrams.
  • Development of use cases and Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams for these use cases
REQUIREMENTS:
  • The consultant is required to have 10 years’ experience with Business Analysis or Testing.
  • Experience interfacing with various internal IT and Business teams and external vendors.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Experience with Project time, cost and resource estimation along with budget tracking.
  • Experience interviewing various levels of functional, technical and manager applicants.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed understanding of, and experience with, ITIL processes
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint version 2010 or higher
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project version 2010 or higher
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for flow charts/process flows version 2010 or higher
  • Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
