Immediate opening for a Risk Manager/Program Manager supporting the Cloud One program located at Hanscom AFB, MA.
Cloud One (C1) is the AF evolution to standardized platforms and application support services providing secure cloud environments, engineered environments, and cyber security solutions.
Cloud One provides AF target environments and cloud migration services for 2,700+ AF mission applications.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Understanding and execution of the Air Force Risk Management policies and processes. The candidate will need to establish/execute a risk management process for the Cloud One program office. The candidate’s primary responsibility will be to identify, validate, track and brief the program risks to program management on a continuous basis.
Conduct Integrated Risk Assessments (IRAs) to quantify and analyze risk impact on program schedule(s) and cost in support of program execution.
Plan, research, analyze, and assess risk management in terms of development, production, and deployment of weapons systems and associated equipment as well as formulate plans and recommend effective risk mitigation plans to meet cost, schedule and performance objectives.
Work with the program functional team (engineering, logistics, test, etc.) to identify and assess risks to programs or projects; support the development of risk mitigation strategies, recommend options to mitigate potential risks and and implement/execute risk reduction plans.
Support and develop risk management status briefs and reports. Support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews, and IMP/IMS reviews.
Possess the knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition programs.
Possess the knowledge of support activities that assist the Organization in assessing what programs are within schedule and cost baselines, be able to recommend viable solutions to problems, and the pursuit of alternative courses of action.
Effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.).
Secret Clearance Required
The ideal candidate will need to have experience with the AF Enterprise Risk Management Service (ERMS) system.
Candidate must also be familiar with regulatory risk policy, process, and procedures to include Air Force Instruction (AFI) 90-802, 1 APRIL 2019, Risk Management
BA/BS, 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 3 years must be in the DoD, or 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 5 of which must be in the DoD
