JOB TITLE: JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Business Systems Analyst
TARGET SALARY: $140,000 - $156,000

Job Summary:
  • The Senior JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Business Systems Analyst, working under the supervision of the Director, IT Business Analysis, is at the center of software development project teams focusing on complex, multi system integrations.
  • The Senior Analyst collaborates directly with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, developers, and testers to transform business vision into functional designs, user stories, and actionable tasks.
  • As a member of the IT Business Process Optimization team, the Senior Business Systems Analyst builds consensus, solves challenging issues, and drives efficiencies.
  • Senior BSAs use their considerable understanding of business processes and systems to facilitate process redesign, implement best-practices, and address changing business requirements.
  • Senior BSAs may also provide L2/L3 support including process troubleshooting and software testing to ensure quality, on-time change delivery.

Primary Job Duties:
  • Focuses systems analysis on complex business challenges and designs of multi system integrations, collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Conducts systems analysis, prepares functional design documentation, and reviews peer deliverables.
  • Discovers business needs; defines, analyzes, and documents business objectives and requirements.
  • Builds strong working partnerships with key business stakeholders to understand challenges and design solutions.
  • Supports quality assurance testing, user acceptance testing and other end user needs.
  • Supports technical design and development.
  • Completes project and process related tasks.
  • Provides reporting, data analysis, and visualization.
  • Provides L2/L3 support including process troubleshooting and software testing to ensure quality, ontime change delivery.
  • Duties can be performed remote, on-site, or hybrid.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • EXPERTISE with AT LEAST TWO JD EDWARDS Modules and a solid working knowledge of ERP "Order to Cash" and "Procure to Pay" workstreams.
  • Strong skills in facilitating solution discussions across multiple departments and vendors.
  • Strong presentation and communications skills with the ability to clearly articulate business requirements, model business systems workflow and define system behavior in written design documents.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills with an attention to detail. 
  • Proven track record of successful engagement in the discovery and elicitation of business objectives, requirements and execution of related documentation, systems analysis and design specifications on software development and IT infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record as an influencer of a business process design
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment, with both technical and non- technical team members.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Visio.

  • Technical background with previous software development experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) including agile methodologies and toolsets.
