IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- This role hold different touchpoints and cascading work centers that are dependent on the process working simultaneously and in conjunction with each other.
- By utilizing this shared resource approach there are a lot of value add things that each of these employee resources could be doing that is more within their job function, however, these necessary functions are pushed to the bottom of the to-do list to maintain a functioning schedule.
- Scheduling open orders via Excel & SAP
- This person needs strong Analytical & Problem solving skills
Your Day to Day:
- Plan, prepare and evaluate manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows to establish sequence and lead time of each production operation based on SAP order entry
- Expedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
- Maintain SAP integrity
- May be responsible for Resale Inventory (Imports)
- Analyze and monitor inventory daily
- Enter production and warehouse transfers in SAP system
- Prepare production reports
- May be required to perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School /Technical School diploma with a minimum of 2 years' work experience in physical distribution or a production role in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Working knowledge of SAP systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work independently
