Ideal Candidate for Anesthesia Attending

The ideal candidate for the Anesthesia Attending role is a board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist seeking a balanced and rewarding career in a collegial, team-oriented environment.
They should be comfortable with bread-and-butter anesthesia cases, including orthopedics, urology, OB, and healthy pediatric patients, while enjoying the benefits of no neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases.
This position is perfect for candidates who value work-life balance, with a 1:7 weekend call rotation, protected post-call days off, and the opportunity for three-day weekends after weekend call.
Ideal applicants will appreciate the financial stability provided by a competitive salary ($500K+ base), generous bonuses and incentives, and up to $200K in student loan repayment.
