POSITION SUMMARY: 
  • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • MUST BE A HUNTER and results driven. 
  • The successful candidate will be people focused and KPI driven with strong skills reporting metrics to drive improved results.  
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, process, providing timely communication and updates.

  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.

Skills:
 
  • Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
  • SAP Business processing system experience (preferred)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using posting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, States and local job boards
  • Customer/Candidate driven
  • Ability to collaborate with leaders and peers
