Job Description

Nurse Manager – Main OR in Santa Rosa, CA.
Position available is Full Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts.
Provides an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care.
Responsible for planning, directing and managing the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population.
Oversees the 24-hour operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership, overall fiscal management, staffing, planning, organizing and controlling.

Required Qualifications:

California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
2 years Recent clinical experience.
Computer experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing
Specialty certificate based on unit upon hire.
2 years Management experience.
5 years Clinical experience.
