IDEAL CANDIDATE
- ABR or AOBR board certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in breast imaging preferred
- Fellowship training in breast imaging
- Licensed or eligible for medical license in Mississippi
- Opportunity to build onsite, breast program
JOB DETAILS:
- Our client, a leader in the imaging space is seeking a full-time Breast Radiologist to join a multi-specialty physician group in both their Knoxville, TN and Hattiesburg, MS locations. These are 2 on site openings (1 in each location).
- This outpatient-only role offers a balanced schedule with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities - ideal for physicians seeking predictable work hours in a collaborative environment.
Position Details:
- Type: Full-time, onsite
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm EST
- Time Off: 10 weeks PTO plus holidays
- Responsibilities: Option to focus exclusively on breast imaging; no evening, weekend, or call coverage
- Compensation: Starting base salary of $500k, with the potential to exceed $800k through productivity bonuses and equity participation.
- Collaborative Environment: Active multi-disciplinary environment, along with conferences and tumor board participation
About the Role:
- Proven Excellence: ACR Breast Imaging Center of Excellence and regional leader in breast care.
- Full-Scope Services: Screening & diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and minimally invasive biopsies with same-day diagnostics.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside breast surgeons, oncologists, reconstructive surgeons, and women’s health specialists.
- Community Engagement: Active support of the Pink Ribbon Fund and breast cancer awareness outreach.
Professional Qualifications:
