The Senior Supply Chain Manager for the Supply Chain Services group is responsible for supply chain compliance, procurement systems, and process management.
Compliance responsibilities include but not limited to: antibribery, chemical management, trade compliance, Sarbanes Oxley, conflict minerals, and supplier master data to support supplier onboarding.
Procurement and related systems include but not limited to: BaaN 5C, Infor LN, Coupa, Supplier Screening System, Service Parts Management, and Solumina.
The group has broad responsibilities for process management including the Supply Chain Quality Management System, process training, and process improvement.
This position reports to the Supply Chain Area Manager and is accountable to continually enhance supply chain processes to increase value to the organization and reduce compliance risk.
Through a strong knowledge of the Global Supply Chain and best practices in procurement, demand/response planning, quality performance management, and Lean principles, the incumbent will set and sustain strategy.
This person will manage a high performing team of supply chain professionals. Reporting directly to this position are the Supply Chain Solutions Manager, Business Process Leads, Business Process Analysts, Digital Product Owner, Risk and Compliance Professionals, and Administration Assistants.
The Supply Chain Manager collaborates with Supply Chain leaders and internal customers (PSO, TMO, CS, GTC, GES, IT, Finance, Tax) to develop support and improvement strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required
Strong knowledge of the Global Supply Chain and best practices in procurement
Professional certification in Purchasing and/or Inventory Management preferred, e.g., Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Certified in Integration Resource Management (CIRM).
This position requires a strong understanding of governmental, environmental, political, and geographic factors that influence the supply base and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated success developing, mentoring, training and successfully leading teams, including excellent communication, organizational planning, and interpersonal skills.
Previous 6 Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or Sponsor experience required.
