- Delivery of post sales customer technical support for the firm’s portfolio of products that support test of EV battery cells, modules and packs, as well as charging interfaces of EV, and electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE).
- Analysis, diagnose and resolution of customer issues in using supported products.
- Analysis and diagnosis of hardware and software failures (remotely or on-site as necessary).
- Employ case tracking tools to ensure that all customer issues are documented through to resolution and closure.
- Provide start-up assistance and customer trainings to ensure that system utilization and productivity are maximized.
- Be the voice of the customer providing clear reporting and feedback.
- Take best advantage from post sales interactions with customers to investigate and qualify further business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years relevant experience working in product development, customer support or other demanding technical capacity on electrical/electronic test solutions with experience of power electronics.
- Minimum 2-years experience in BEV/HEV battery test or BEV/HEV charging technologies.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills in an electronic test system environment.
- Experience with test system software architectures and resolving network setup issues
- The role requires a high degree of technical competence and experience. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a track record of being a solid decision maker and the ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues in equal measure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Be able to confidently represent the ‘Voice of the Customer’ and escalate issues and proactively drive improvements needed to increase customer satisfaction.
- High level of organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressure.
