JOB TITLE: Program Analyst (Task Management Workflow Lead) LOCATION: PENTAGON CLEARANCE: Current Secret TARGET SALARY: $90,000
Currently staffing for anTMT Workflow Lead to work within the USAF Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Science, Technology and Engineering (AQR). The TMT Workflow Lead position focuses primarily on leading TMT workflow system and sub-actions required. Tasks for this position include:
Supporting Headquarters Air Force (HAF) Service Acquisition Executive (SAE) oversight and decision-making activities by coordinating staff actions for AQR divisions to support SAE.
Maintaining and analyzing planning, scheduling, and management data.
Integrating SAF/AQR divisions through consistent communication and coordination across the Directorate.
Managing, organizing, and ordering office supplies.
Setting up and maintaining file plans and maintaining records (including IT hardware inventory records).
Executing administrative policies within the SAF/AQR divisions.
Managing data repositories on network drives and monitoring organizational inboxes.
Providing organizational workflow management support via managing the Task Management Tool (TMT) program, including the following:
Creating, reviewing, assigning, and closing tasks within the AQR divisions.
Monitoring suspense’s, issuing follow-up correspondence, and reviewing correspondence for accuracy.
Providing regular status of organizational workflow at staff meetings.
Act as a liaison between the AQR divisions to manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate communications.
Studying, analyzing, and providing recommendations on requirements, strategies, program documentation, supplemental information, and program execution.
Researching and analyzing program trends, identifying issues, and recommending solutions.
Tracking and ensuring compliance with stated program direction and regulations.
Reviewing and providing data to assist in preparation for program documentation, briefing packages and read-aheads.
Providing weekly or ad-hoc reports to leadership on AQR projects/tasks.
Receiving and distributing mail, greeting visitors, and answering phones, on occasion when backup support is needed.
Any other tasks closely associated with the performance of duties list above and as coordinated with the COR.
REQUIREMENTS:
Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of program analyst experience in a System Program Office and/or Air Force Headquarters.
Strong experience with TMT workflow and leading TMT actions for taskers.
Strong communications skills to work with and remind all levels of management (civilian and military) of working deadlines.
