OPEN JOB: FULL REMOTE - Account Technology Strategist (Pre Sales / Customer Success) LOCATION: fully remote (with client visits in Sydney Australia) Salary: AUD$170,000 to AUD$190,000 BENEFITS - Full BONUS ELIGIBLE - Yes
***The job is fully remote with no central office, but the candidate will need to frequently visit customers and travel within Sydney as required. We provide a WeWork subscription for office space when needed, and occasional team collaborations may require in-person meetings at the office

Looking for someone with a background in Presales or Customer Success Management.
They should be self motivated and really good communicators.
Passion and aptitude is more important to me than have the exact technical skills, though if they have an understanding in End User computing this is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategic partnerships and build trusted relationships with customers, technical stakeholders and decision makers
Provide technical thought leadership and insights of Citrix products, industry trends and their relevance to our customers
Understand your assigned accounts current use cases, challenges and opportunities and the value the solution brings to their business
Consistently contributes to the broader team’s technical mindshare
Serve as an external spokesperson and evangelist for Citrix vision and associated technologies.
Assist with overcoming technical and competitive objections and accelerates the technical evaluation component of the sales cycle by
Maintains solid understanding of competitive technologies and how to position to “win”
Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or at customer locations\Citrix facilities.
Build complex, multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations
Accountable for driving the adoption and consumption of Citrix products by working with Customer Success & internal stakeholders
Formalize and deliver a strategic customer technology roadmap that identifies customers’ needs and requirements that can be translated into actionable opportunity proposals, operational requirements, high-level designs, and customer success plans
Provide regular and efficient updates on assigned accounts to Sales & ATS management
Responsible for engaging and leveraging the wider team where appropriate to help manage and deliver the best customer outcomes.
Work is performed with limited oversight.
Communicates with parties within and outside of own job function.
Typically has responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.)
Works to influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures and practices.
Required Experience/Skills:
Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications
Analytical and negotiation skills, particularly at the C-level
Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment, and to deliver on detail as well as strategy
Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills
Possesses a high level of specialized sales and product solution knowledge
