TS/SCI CI Poly - AS&T Conference and Event Planner
Intermedia Group has the following open position with our client:
TITLE: TS/SCI CI Poly Conference and Event Planner
LOCATION: Chantilly, VA
CLEARANCE: MUST ALREADY POSSESS A: TS/SCI w/CI Poly
TARGET COMP: $85,000 - $95,000
Interact on a regular basis with non- NRO US Government and other designated R&D organizations, for the purpose of coordinating sessions to identify areas of mutual interest, and recommending areas for productive combined or complimentary research and development.
Coordinate all logistics for conferences sponsored by AS&T.
Coordinate with graphics on design theme for bio books, mementos, posters, signs, name badges, etc.
Coordinate the scheduling of high-level government officials to speak at the conference.
Coordinate with security and other facility personnel for number of attendees, clearance level of speakers and meeting, and any special requirements.
Arrange accommodations at hotels for senior staff traveling to the meeting negotiate low rates and arrange for business dinners
Support special programs working between industry and Government in the Research and Development areas
Coordinate closely with the government sponsor on meeting requirements (facility, speakers, and logistics).
Coordinate the planning for an on-line registration websites for conferences.
Coordinate, manage, and organize speakers, exhibits, and catering.
Keen attention to detail; personality suited to interaction with senior Government and Military member, ability to multi-task and handle short fused requirements.
Strong administrative skills and knowledge of NRO facilities, conference rooms and catering capabilities.
*NRO, IC, then DoD work experience is desired in order of Preference
High School Diploma or GED
5 years Domain Experience with 2 years of NRO experience OR 4 years experience in the IC or DoD
