Property Management/ Facilities Services Coordinator

Intermedia Group has the following open position with our client:

TITLE: Property Management/ Facilities Services Coordinator 

LOCATION: Chantilly, VA

CLEARANCE: Top Secret / SCI w/CI Poly​

TARGET COMPENSATION: $110,000 - $130,000

  • Manage Government property for AS&T and provide the inventory and property accountability control necessary to know the status of the property at all time.
  • Requires frequent review and understanding of the policies and procedures established by the NRO Property Management Officer (PMO) and the Management Services and Operations (MS&O)/Logistics Support Group (LSG).
  • Provide facilities management, office communications management, office computer management, property management and logistics support
  • Perform the range of Property Officer duties as the lead Custodial Property Officer (CPO) for the NRO/AS&T Associate Property Management Officer (APMO) and Associate Property Officers (APO). CPOs are responsible for NRO accountable property in use in the assigned area and identification and associated records of all property in their area.
  • Be responsible for Property Turn In (PTI) for all equipment deemed non-repairable or no longer required to include initiating security review.
  • Support the AS&T APMO and APO(s) in the annual AS&T property audit conducted by the NRO to maintain AS&T's audit record of 100% property accountability. The Contractor shall assist in completing annual NRO Property Inventory Review Report.
  • Support the maintenance of the NRO's property and asset record-keeping system on behalf of AS&T.
  • Prepare and provide all required documentation to the APMO/APO on all actions affecting that u property including, but not limited to, acquisitions, repairs, work orders, transfers, and disposals, to support entries in the property management system.
  • Report all instances when a loss or theft of property is detected or suspected to the APMO/APO.
  • Obtain custodial receipts for designated items including purchasing requests coordinated through MS&O.
  • Provide weekly reports and briefings to AS&T management on the status of all current logistical efforts and activities.
  • Aid AS&T in assuring AS&T equities and interests in Environmental and Safety are properly addressed and reported.
  • Provide day-to-day general facilities planning, office planning, fire, and safety planning.
  • Interface with NRO facilities management to ensure AS&T coordinates with NRO facilities planning.
  • Maintain the AS&T master floor plan using Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) hardware and software to develop executable floor plans for use by NRO facilities personnel.
  • Support AS&T office space data calls, surveys, and office space executive boards.
  • Provide extensive logistical support to the planning and execution of all NRO/AS&T conferences, the annual Tech Forum, and other conference outreach events.
  • Support facility modifications/construction to include onsite and offsite AS&T projects.
  • Interface with the NRO Management, Services, and Operations {MS&O) Directorate to communicate space requirements, facilitate changes, and provide updated documentation to support overall NRO facility planning.
  • Commensurate NRO, IC or DoD experience required.
  • Must be a “self-starter” willing and able to perform with minimum supervision and oversight. 
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years Domain Experience with 2 years of NRO experience or 4 years experience in the IC or DoD
