JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Remote (Must reside within Greater Pittsburgh area)
SCHEDULED WEEKLY HOURS: 40 hours
Travel: Some travel required within the region.
SALARY: $88,080 to $119,160

Join this leading team as an Account Executive within our client’s dynamic SMB Team and make an impact by driving new business, building relationships, and closing deals. What You’ll Do:
  • In this role, you’ll help the firm meet and exceed its sales goals by acquiring new accounts and expanding our customer base within the Pittsburgh area.
  • You’ll be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, and using solution-based selling to demonstrate the value of the firm’s products and services.
  • Generate Leads & Close Deals: Cold-calling, networking, and identifying new sales opportunities to grow the business.
  • Tailor Solutions: Assess customer needs and recommend wireless solutions that meet their goals and budget, including plans, data services, and devices.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with your team and managers to improve your sales skills, participate in training, and attend sales meetings.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Use sales automation tools to track leads, manage your sales pipeline, and forecast future sales activity.
  • Drive Success: Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the SMB Team.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys prospecting, and is driven to close sales. You should be a self-starter who’s excited to take ownership of your territory and grow with the firm
  • Experience: At least 1+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in new customer acquisition or a commissioned sales environment.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong task management abilities and a knack for multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service.
    • Clear, effective communication skills (both verbal and written) to engage clients and negotiate deals.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to win business and meet sales targets.
    • Proposal writing and quoting experience is a plus.
